Eligibility for Returns

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items that arrive damaged or defective.

If the product is no longer available, a site credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Cancellations
